Infusion inspired by the writings of Hildegarde de Bingen, 12th century abbess (1098-1179), poetess and musician, first herbalist in the Middle Ages.
1 teaspoon per cup, water at 95°, infuse for 5 minutes.
Ingredients: Galanga, Oregano, Pepper Galanga, Oregano, Black pepper, Cloves, Cinnamon, Rose petals
