What methods of payment are accepted ?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, as well as other methods of payment specified when
finalizing your order.

What are the order processing and delivery times ?
We ship your orders via La Poste or Colissimo:
– Colissimo: Delivery in 48 to 72 hours with tracking and hand-delivery or post office drop-off in the event of absence.
– Lettre Verte (La Poste): Delivery within 48 hours in mainland France (indicative times).

In the event of delay or loss of the parcel, contact us to launch an investigation with the carrier (maximum investigation time: 21 days).

Where do the products sold in the Guédelon shop come from ?
Our products are made in France or Europe, in keeping with the spirit of the medieval Guédelon site.
We favour handmade creations and items inspired by the Middle Ages.

What should I do if there’s a problem with my order ?
If you encounter a delivery error (missing product, wrong reference number) or a problem with an item received,
please refer to the Shipping and Delivery page
Report any anomaly on the delivery note and contact us within 48 hours so that we can deal with your request.

Can I return or exchange a product ?
We do not accept returns or refunds. Foodstuffs and personalised products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged on receipt ?
If your parcel arrives damaged, make a note of this on the delivery note and contact us within 48 hours.
You should also send a complaint to the carrier (La Poste or Colissimo) by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt.
Guédelon accepts no responsibility for any breakage or damage to the product during transit.
We take care to pack each item carefully, but it is the carrier’s responsibility to ensure delivery in good condition.

Our General Terms and Conditions of Sale are available online. They set out your rights and obligations when buying from our shop.
