Digestive herbal tea from our garden is the ideal hot drink after a good meal or the day after.
1 teaspoon per cup. Pour water at 80° over the mixture and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Ingredients: Achillea millefolium, Calendula officinalis, Malva sylvestris, Mentha x piperita, Mentha spicata.
Not suitable for pregnant women or children.
