Soothing herbal tea from our garden is the ideal hot drink for calming tension and soothing the mind.
1 teaspoon per cup. Pour 80° water over the mixture and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Ingredients: Origanum vulgare, Melissa officinalis, Matricaria chamomilla, Sambuca nigra, Rosa gallica, Malva sylvestris.

Not suitable for pregnant women or children.
