A medieval aperitif made with cinnamon, nutmeg powder, cloves and ginger. All the products are organically grown.
Simply add 3 tablespoons of this mixture to 75cl of wine, then add 8 to 10 lumps of brown sugar. Leave to macerate for 6 to 12 hours. Then serve well chilled. 60g for 2L of drink.
