product description

Chervil is a 30-60 cm tall annual that prefers cool soil and a semi-shaded location. The leaves are harvested as needed.

Uses : Chervil is a fine herb for cooking, best used fresh to retain maximum flavor. Its taste is slightly fresh and aniseed-like.
Sowing : To avoid too rapid seed set, sow directly into the ground from February to June, when the soil is still cool. Allow a few umbels to flower, and the plant will self-sow.
